TENET Inc. — Shipping Policy & NFA Compliance Statement

TENET Inc. is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale, transfer, shipment, possession, and ownership of firearms, suppressors, and National Firearms Act (“NFA”) regulated items. By placing an order through TENET Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Federal Firearms Compliance

All suppressors and other NFA-regulated products sold by TENET Inc. are controlled under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and Gun Control Act (GCA), and may only be transferred in accordance with applicable laws and regulations enforced by the:

  • Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”)
  • United States Department of Justice
  • Applicable state and local authorities

TENET Inc. operates as a federally licensed firearms manufacturer and/or dealer and will only ship regulated items in compliance with federal law.

2. Age Requirements

To purchase any suppressor or other NFA-regulated product from TENET Inc., you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be legally eligible to possess firearms and NFA items under federal, state, and local law
  • Successfully complete all required ATF transfer documentation and background checks

TENET Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order if age or eligibility requirements cannot be verified.

3. All NFA Items Must Ship to a Licensed FFL/SOT

ALL suppressors and other NFA-regulated items purchased through TENET Inc. must be shipped to a valid:

  • Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”)
  • Special Occupational Taxpayer (“SOT”)

TENET Inc. will NOT ship suppressors or NFA-regulated products directly to consumers unless otherwise permitted under applicable law and approved through the appropriate ATF transfer process.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting a valid receiving FFL/SOT dealer
  • Ensuring the receiving dealer is willing to accept the transfer
  • Providing accurate dealer contact information
  • Completing all required ATF forms and approvals before transfer

TENET Inc. may contact the receiving dealer to obtain a current copy of their FFL/SOT documentation prior to shipment.

4. ATF Approval Required Before Shipment or Transfer

Suppressors and other NFA items require approval from the ATF prior to transfer to an individual, trust, or legal entity.

Depending on the transaction type, this may include:

  • ATF Form 3 transfers (dealer-to-dealer)
  • ATF Form 4 transfers (dealer-to-consumer)
  • Electronic filing (“eForms”)
  • Fingerprints, photographs, and responsible person documentation
  • Background checks and tax stamp approvals

TENET Inc. will not release or ship any NFA-regulated item until all applicable ATF approvals have been received.

Processing times are determined solely by the ATF and may vary significantly.

5. State and Local Restrictions

Suppressor ownership and possession laws vary by state and locality.

TENET Inc. will not ship NFA-regulated products to jurisdictions where possession, transfer, or ownership is prohibited or restricted by law.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:

  • Understand and comply with all state and local laws
  • Confirm suppressor legality in their jurisdiction
  • Ensure lawful possession and use after transfer

TENET Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate federal, state, or local law.

6. Verification & Fraud Prevention

TENET Inc. reserves the right to verify:

  • Customer identity
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Dealer licensing status
  • ATF documentation
  • Eligibility to possess firearms or NFA items

Orders suspected of fraud, false information, straw purchases, or unlawful activity may be delayed, canceled, or reported to appropriate authorities.

7. Shipping Methods & Carrier Compliance

All shipments are made through approved carriers in accordance with federal shipping regulations and carrier policies.

TENET Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Select the shipping carrier and method
  • Require adult signature upon delivery
  • Delay shipment pending compliance verification
  • Restrict shipping destinations based on carrier or legal limitations

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Risk of Loss & Transfer Responsibility

Title and responsibility for NFA items transfer in accordance with applicable federal law and ATF procedures.

Once delivered to the approved receiving FFL/SOT dealer, the customer is responsible for coordinating final transfer and pickup in compliance with ATF regulations.

TENET Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Dealer transfer fees
  • Transfer delays caused by ATF processing
  • Delays caused by receiving dealers
  • State or local registration requirements
  • Customer ineligibility discovered after purchase

9. Order Cancellations & Returns

Due to the regulated nature of suppressors and NFA items:

  • Orders may not be canceled once ATF paperwork has been submitted or approved
  • Approved tax stamps are generally non-refundable
  • Returns are subject to TENET Inc.’s return authorization policies and applicable law

Any approved returns may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Transfer fees
  • Shipping charges
  • Compliance review

Custom, serialized, or special-order items may be non-returnable.

10. Prohibited Transactions

TENET Inc. strictly prohibits:

  • Straw purchases
  • False statements on ATF forms
  • Transfers to prohibited persons
  • Export violations
  • Unlawful interstate transfers
  • Possession or use in violation of law

Any suspected unlawful activity will result in immediate order cancellation and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

11. Compliance Responsibility

By placing an order with TENET Inc., you certify that:

  • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess NFA-regulated items
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws
  • You understand the ATF approval process and associated wait times

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in criminal penalties.

12. Policy Changes

TENET Inc. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice in order to remain compliant with changing laws, regulations, ATF guidance, or operational requirements.
